2 Adorable Females with all Supplies

Our Story

Cookie and Twix are a bonded pair of female guinea pigs looking for their forever home.

Cookie (with the ginger and brown patches) is around 5 years old and was rescued via a neighborhood Facebook group. She was without a friend and had much too small of a cage, so we upgraded her home, got her a sister, and they bonded immediately. Cookie’s chutting and wheeking increased 100 fold and she has been so happy ever since.

Twix (with the more white coloring) is around a year old and is a little more skittish than Cookie. Both get super excited at feeding times, and the thing I will miss the most is the adorable noises they make.

Current feeding schedule: They have full access to high quality Timothy hay and water at all times. They have a small portion of guinea pig pellets in the morning, and love their vegetables in the afternoon. Iceberg lettuce and bell peppers are their favorite. Cookie prefers red peppers and Twix loves a yellow pepper.

They are definitely bonded and sleep together, sprawled under their feeding shelf.

Maintenance: Daily spot-cleaning of their habitat to keep them comfortable. They use the litter box a lot but also pee and poop around the cage. The cage is lined with a waterproof liner which is very easy to clean with small animal cage spray and paper towels or magic eraser. The pads that go in the bottom of the cage are fully machine washable. We change those and wipe out the liner every 2-3 days, and only have to take out the liner and wipe down the actual cage every 3-4 weeks.

I want to ensure their transition is as smooth as possible, so everything I have for them will be included:

* Luxury Midwest-size cage with solid bottom, feeding shelf, bowl, hay feeder and 26oz water bottle * 4 waterproof liners * 4 absorbent pads * Litter tray * 2 wooden houses * Multiple waterproof fleece blankets * Multiple hammocks * Extra hay feeder * Feeding bowls * Extra cage to put guinea pigs in whilst cleaning big cage * Large pet playpen * Timothy hay * Feeding pellets * Hay cakes * Toys * Paper bedding * Cleaning solution See pictures. A package worth almost $1000. Negotiable Adoption Fee of $200.

Cookie and Twix may need a little time to warm up to their new humans, but with a bit of patience (and some lettuce), they will be the most rewarding companions.

If you are ready to give these girls the love they deserve, please reach out.
