Our Story

Ragnar was rescued during a rat rescue, and was living in a cage about the size of two critter-trails put together. I wasn't intending on taking any guinea pigs in, but took his as I felt terrible for him. He's a fairly friendly piggie, tolerant of nail trims, very vocal and playful. He is missing a tooth, but tends to keep it down just fine on his own. They come with their cage and all of their belongings. Rehoming fee negotiable.

Rehoming because

I rescued one of these boars, Ragnar, from a bad situation and never intended on keeping him long term as I do not have the space to house guinea pigs forever. I nursed him back to health and bonded him with another male so that he wasn't lonely.
They're ready to find their forever home, preferably with someone who is experienced with guinea pigs.

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
