Our Story

Hi!! We are a family of three who adopted two male guinea pigs for my step-son. He was eager to have them as pets and we were excited for the opportunity to get them for him. They are each only a year old and are great companions. Since finding out that both my husband and step-son are allergic I have been their sole caretaker. I make sure to handle them and play with them so that they remain friendly and enjoy being held. The boys are easygoing and get along great. They really are adorable. I hope you will love them as much as we have.

Rehoming because

We are rehoming because of allergies. Unfortunately both my husband and step-son are allergic and neither are sleeping well with the piggies in the house. We live in an apartment and do not have the space to keep them far enough from the bedrooms to make a difference. My step-son has asthma and this only antagonizes his condition. We love these little cuties, but we know it is in both our best interest and in theirs to get them into a better home.

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
