Our Story

I adopted whinston and kujo a little over a year ago, they were already two years old when I got them. I was told that they were “skiddish” and did not like being handled and that’s why they weren’t getting adopted so I took them in. I have been preparing them to move homes, but i have been informed that I be sent out of state for over three months. I have no family in Maryland who can take them for me, and I simply just do not want to take them to the shelter I adopted them from. I want to get them rehomed before I move so that they will not have to deal with the stress of being moved to my new place and again to their forever home. My move is scheduled for mid may 2025, and I leave for my work trip in June.

Can you SHIP?

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
