Solo Male Guinea Pig Seeking Low-Stress Home
Our Story
I adopted him while I was in college studying for the LSAT, and he quickly became my little study buddy—often sitting beside me on a pillow while I worked. He has the sweetest personality with just the right amount of sass. His favorite treats are lettuce and strawberries, and if you offer him a fruit he doesn’t approve of, he’ll politely leave it in his bowl until it’s removed.
He’s very expressive and knows his routine well—if I’m late with his food, he’ll be waiting when I walk into the room and will sometimes grab the food right from my hand to remind me he noticed. He’s genuinely been a wonderful pet and brought a lot of comfort during a busy and stressful season of my life.
I’ve had him for about a year and a half, but as I’ve graduated and transitioned into adulthood, my schedule has picked up significantly. While I still care for him daily, I’m no longer able to give him the time, attention, and companionship he deserves. I truly believe he would thrive in a home where he can receive more interaction and possibly a guinea pig friend.
Letting him go is not easy, but it comes from wanting the very best for him.
Rehoming because
I adopted him during college, and since graduating and transitioning into full-time adult responsibilities, I no longer have the time he deserves. He is very sweet and would thrive in a home where he can receive more consistent attention and companionship.Timing
