Our Story

I got my two guinea pigs from PetSmart when I was 19, working part-time and just starting school. I brought them home during a really difficult time in my life, and they became a comforting source of support as I coped with depression and anxiety. Caring for them gave me something positive to focus on, and their little personalities always made me smile. They’ve been an important part of my journey, which is why finding them a good home now means so much to me.

Rehoming because

I need to rehome my two guinea pigs because I recently had to move and unfortunately can’t take them with me or give them the space and attention they deserve. They are wonderful pets, but due to this change I want to make sure they go to a home where they can continue to be cared for properly.

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
