2 Girls Bonded 4yr old - One has disabled leg
Our Story
My husband and I got these two girls to be friends to our long hair piggy who had lost her mate and had a stomach tumor. We ended up with these girls and they are essentially our children. We spend a lot of time with them so they are very well handled and behaved. They love to cuddle, lick, get rubs and love treats. We decided early on not to feed them pellets so they get Vitamin Tablets daily and a ton of lettuce, veggies, fruits and hay. We are looking for a home that we can keep in contact with to see how our girls are doing once we move. We are moving out of the country and cannot bring them with us so as devastating as this is to have to give them up we know that the best thing for us all is to find them a great new home.
This is somewhat an Urgent request as we are on a plane on January 19th. We would love to meet you and learn more about you, your home and what would make you great new parents to our girls.
We will provide more than enough cages, bedding, toys, hay, etc. that you could ever need to care for them. Plus, if you already have some then you gain lots of new stuff for your herd.

My husband and I are moving out of the country on Jan 19th. We need to find a home for our bonded girls. They are about 4 years old named Ginger and Muffin.Ginger is a short hair guinea pig. She broke her femur bone when she was about 7 months old. She has a bit of a shorter leg and limps but does really well on her own. No medications or issues other than keeping her bum and feet clean. She needs more regular baths because she doesn't clean herself very well. Very very sweet and loves to cuddle and lick.
Muffin is an Abyssinian guinea pig. She loves to explore. She is very sweet and will definitely cuddle until she is done. She also loves to climb on second levels. She is our little bulldozer and loves to spin and do tricks for treats, blueberries and tomatoes.

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
