Our Story

A little about each: 1. Shadow (all black with white stripe) is shy and sweet. He often hides and will run away when you try to pick him up but once you do, he is calm and snuggly. Very great with kids. 2. Teddy (multi-colored wild hair) is full of personality. He squeaks when he's excited (especially about food), he'll come to you to get picked up (especially after he's been outside), will sit calmly with you (especially if you have treats), and is generally engaging and curious. He will nip at you if he's tired of being held or wants you to get him food while you're holding him.

Rehoming because

We have two adult (3 yrs old) male guinea pigs and are looking to rehome them simply because we don't think we spend enough time with them. They deserve someone(s) who plays and engages with them much more than we do. We're not in a rush to rehome, but would like to find the right fit for each of them. They can be adopted together or separately. They currently share an open wall of a cage but tend to fight if placed together in the same cage. We can provide all the supplies (cages (outdoor and indoor), bedding, water bottles, cozy hideouts, food dishes, litter boxes, etc.).

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
