Tada and Taz -Two Boys looking for a New Home
Our Story
We found a guinea pig in our yard one day. We felt bad for him so we adopted him (Tater). We were told by a vet he was a she so we bought a female (Tinker) to be friends. Well, nature takes its course and Tater and Tinker beget our little boy, Tada, named after the surprise he was. Tada, a Polynesian long hair, needed a friend so we bought a male skinny pig Taz to keep him company. Tater and Tinker are gone now but we have the 2 boys still.
They are about 3 years old and are good boys. A little timid but sweet. Taz likes to lick fingers. You can rub his head but he hates having his back petted. Tada sometimes gives little nibbles (not bites) and will accept some petting and rubs before being done with it. They enjoy treats and let you love them more when they know a treat is incoming.
Rehoming because
We feel they deserve a better home than we can provide. We have a dog, which means they can rarely be out of their cage. We also work long hours, so they don’t get the attention they need. We hope they can go to a family with kids where they can have more freedom and stimulation.Timing

Can you SHIP?
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
