Rehoming my 6 yr/old piggie:)

V Updated

Our Story

I took in Ginny about 5 years ago, and she was already fully grown at least 1 yr/old. Ginny is very loving and enjoys cuddles, very vocal, and full of energy still at her older age. Ginny has only ever bitten me twice, once when I first got her and once when I was clipping her nails (her biggest pet peeve), other wise than that she is very gentle. Ginny gets lots of outdoor roaming time in grass and leaves when the weather permits, she loves to play with my cats, and thinks it’s fun to scare them and chase them afterwards. This breaks my heart to rehome her and has been a very difficult decision to finally bring myself to, but I know she deserves better and needs better than what I can give her in the near future, and I know it’s what’s best for her. She has always been a single female, so I am not sure how she does with other guinea pigs. In relation to that I prefer an older mature teen, or adult to adopt her as she’s also never been around kids, and I don’t want her becoming a young child’s first pet in the most respectful way. Ginny slowly went blind in one eye, but I have never found it to be any problem to her life. The only difference it has made is the occasional crusty in it, the other eye is 100% healthy. Please consider taking my girl in, I promise you, you’ll love her once she gets used to you. Thank you!

Rehoming because

I am in need to rehome my girl Ginny because I am needing to get a full time job to be able to afford to live. I live with my mother and she already works full time so quite frankly she deserves to be taken care of better in her last years.
