3 Little Piggies Looking for a Home (males)

S Updated

Our Story

Phillip (dad 3-4 years? Mini-capybara), Cannoli (brown/white) and Cosmo (black/white) (both are Phil’s sons - 9 months?) are such sweet boys! We rescued them in March from a less than ideal living situation, where there had been at least 2 accidental litters. They were very shy at first but they quickly got used to their new surroundings. They are very vocal and curious, though still a bit skittish when you try to pick them up. Once you have them in hand, they are calm and will eat carrots on your lap. They are very happy in their large cage and love to sprint around through tunnels and popcorn all over the place! Even though they seem happy, we don’t have enough time to dedicate to interacting/bonding with them and it would be nice for them to live somewhere they can have time outside of their enclosure. They have been to the vet and were treated for mites right after we got them and Cosmo was treated for a URI. They are healthy and thriving now! Asking a $100 rehoming fee to be sure they go to someone who is serious about having them as pets. They will come with their giant C&C cage (plus lots of extra panels), playpens, travel crate, all of their fleece bedding, tunnels, toys, dishes, etc and whatever food/hay we have remaining. It is a hard decision as they are so cute and have gotten used to us - they wheek at the top of their lungs when they hear my voice because I’m the one who usually brings the romaine! But we gave them a good start - now we’d like to find them a home where they can get all of the attention they deserve.

Can you SHIP?

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
