Energetic Male Pig looking for new bros

K Updated

Our Story

We call him PiKa (as in Pikachu). It's a bit hard to tell in the pictures but he does have RED EYES. He's energetic, loves attention, and especially loves being around the bros. We've had him since early February 2024, and he's grown since then, leading us to believe he's a younger pig. He loves to sing when you open the fridge and when literally anything crinkles. We've pretty much given him free reign and have little tunnels around the living room for him to zoom and explore, and a blanket with treats in our office for him to come visit us when he likes. His popcorns are so extra he sometimes has a hard time staying standing. It's adorable. We had to keep him and his brother separated for the most part (individual cages next to each other), we believe it was the age difference. The older pig was chill and just wanted to do his own thing, but PiKa was young energetic, wanted to play, mess around and have fun, so they kinda clashed, however your situation may be different. He's even kinda famous, as we have him and his brother as a custom emoji on our youtube channel (unrelated to guinea pigs). He's only sorta bit me once while I was carrying him, but it didn't even leave a mark. From my understanding pigs are happy to sit on your lap, but don't like being held so much (like while you're standing). Otherwise, he's an even-tempered pig, and would potentially be great in a home with kids. However he's not a fan of our loud friends visiting.

Rehoming because

His big brother was older than the vet estimated and he passed away recently, leaving PiKa a lone guinea pig.
We love this little pig, he's brought so much joy to our home, however we're no longer in a position to continue keeping pets at the moment. We'll also be out of town for part of the summer and don't have anyone to take care of him for that long.
He's getting lonely without a brother despite us trying to give him as much attention and love as possible.
We will not rehome him without ensuring he will have another guinea pig to interact with.
All his bedding (fleece blankets), fencing, food, hygiene etc will come with him. Otherwise it will be donated.
