Our Story

I'm hoping to find an owner experienced with bonding males and caring for guinea pigs in general, to re-home Arthur. I got Arthur when he was about a year old, which makes him about 4 years old now, from my best estimate. He's on the skittish side, especially when you try to pick him up, but he will usually settle for some pats on the head and back scratches. He's very curious about what goes on around him, and his favorite treats are the Oxbow vitamin C supplements.

Rehoming because

Arthur's male partners passed away, and my situation has changed quite a bit since first getting guinea pigs. I no longer have enough time to dedicate to caring for another guinea pig. Arthur deserves a loving home that has more time to dedicate to giving him his best life.

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
