Our Story

Theodore and Joey are two male guinea pigs under a year old. Theodore (American) came first, and I quickly learned guinea pigs do best in pairs — so Joey (Abyssinian) joined him soon after. They have grown up together and are a bonded pair, so they must stay together.

They are extremely sweet boys who love attention, being talked to, and exploring their space. They’ve been handled gently, are used to people, and enjoy being spoiled.

Rehoming because

I’m an 18-year-old senior in high school and recently started a new job. With my schedule changing, I’m no longer able to give them the time and daily care they deserve. This has been a very hard decision, and I want them to go to a loving, responsible home.

I will include their cage, hideouts, and all the supplies I have for them so they can transition easily.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
