Canot keep her! Single female named Roxy
Our Story
I got roxy (the guinea pig) from a teenager who couldnt take care of her anymore. At the time roxy had been paired with another guinea pig named luna but when we took them both in we quickly figured out luna had breathing problems and she eventualy died to them. Since then roxy has disliked being handled and will bite when you pick her up for too long. Recently my family hasnt had as much monney as we did when we got her originaly and plan to be traveling a lot so we found it best to put her in a new home with people who are capable of taking care of her better than we are curently. (She originaly came from a recue before the teenager had her so the people we got the guinea pig from didnt know what breed she was therefore the "short hair" is likely not correct but she has short fur so its the best i could do.)

Rehoming because
Me and my family no longer have the monney to keep our guinea pig but also have a long trip planed in 2 weeks which we can't find anyone to watch her for. We need her to be put into a home that will be able to take care of her without putting her in a rescue.Timing

Can you SHIP?
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
