Seamus and Neville are two bonded, male guinea pigs that we have had for almost a year now. They need a lot of handling practice and plenty of patience. We've worked hard to be the best for them but have never had guinea pigs before and we're just not sure this is the right home for them. We work a lot and they need a home with someone who can be around more to give them the love they deserve.
These two boys are Seamus, gray and white short hair, and Neville, brown, white and tan Abyssinian. They're on Oxbow pellets, timothy hay (we buy from a local farm and would supply a bale), and a variety of vegetables. They use a water bowl instead of a bottle and fleece bedding in a large C&C enclosure. All supplies would be included if you decide to adopt these cuties. They've been to the vet three times in their time with us, for check ups and nail clippings (both piggies have a clean bill of health). Seamus' nails tend to curl while Neville's grow straight out. They are hesitant and anxious at times around humans but loving and calm once handled. Both love hideaways and Neville loves to climb!
A small rehoming fee would apply simply to ensure they go to a loving, willing home (we would donate the fee to a local humane society). Please contact with serious inquires.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
