Shiny and Queenie are a bonded female pair, we adopted when they were about 6 weeks old, current age is about one year and two months. Shiny is a crested American with slightly longer bum hair, she is very energetic and loves to do zoomies and popcorn. While in heat she can get a little cranky and will rumble strut around the cage and bump into Queenie just because she's "pissy". Shiny is slightly more nervous to take snacks from your hand but gains trust over time. Queenie is an American with a white crest, short, slightly bristly hair. Queenie is more laid back and likes to nap more than anything, does not make as many laps as her sister does, she is very willing to take snacks from your hand. Queenie is slightly more vulnerable to sicknesses for some reason that we have noticed than her sister. She has had ringworm and mites, both fully treated, in the past year and some months we have had them, nothing ever passed to Shiny. They are both very happy pigs in sum but are a bit skittish now a days due to us honestly have not had the time recently to take care of them properly so they are not being used to being handled. They currently live in a large C&C style cage, which I'm more than willing to provide along with all their toys, hideys, and food.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
