Hello there! I am re homing my guinea pigs due to the lack of time I have at home. Unfortunately, I can no longer continue to spend money on them. I would prefer to use that money towards something that I need. These pigs are so incredibly lovable! I just want to find them a home that will replace my care and give them as much love and attention as they need.
To continue, Neilo and Chester are the two males. They are not bonded together due to a fight that they had which caused Chester to get an abcsess which is all cured now. But, for future living purposes, they are better off being side by side, still able to hear and smell eachother, except that they can't be in the same space together. They would do great with spayed females because they aren't neutured, just no males. Neilo is 2 years old, and Chester is 4 years old. They go crazy for food which is such an award to gove to them because they love it. Neilo and Chester get a variety of vegetables as well as grain with no soy or mollasses(not good for their digestion), and an overabundance of hay. Chester has recently been to the vet and is all well and healthy; skin looks good, teeth, nails, weight etc. Everyone is healthy. They are currently housed in a homemade 2ft by 6ft cage with plenty of space(I will add a picture of the cage). Neilo and Chester are currently on paper bedding. Neilo and Chester are very active. Neilo loves to jump on top of his house and snuggle in his hay. Chester is more laid back but runs around his cage when he gets excited! I hope for a great person to take my place and care for them with oh so much love! I am asking for $150 for both, along with the cage, their food(hay and grain), toys, hideouts, and a typed out care guide for how I care for them so that you can transition them onto a schedule that works best for you!
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
