Oscar is an adorable black guinea pig with one white stripe (he has the nickname "chunky oreo" by my nephew!) around his waist and some brown spots on the top of his head. He is my first guinea pig and I absolutely love him. He enjoys running around as if he were a race car. He will greet you every morning with chirps and whistles to let you know it is time for his breakfast and the same goes for dinner time as well. He LOVES eating hay and occasionally snacking on carrots, cucumbers, and spinach. He also gives kisses! He has been the best guinea pig I have encountered (from others in my friends and family) and would be a wonderful addition to any family. He is a single guinea pig and based on what his rescuer told me about him, he is pretty hesitant with others due to his past history with others, but I am sure with time and proper introduction, he would do just fine with others. I did not attempt this as I did not plan of having more than one guinea pig (making him the best fit for me at the time).
I am asking for $65 for him and that will include his cage and all the accessories (water bottle, food bowls, hay basket, dome, any remaining Pellets and Vitamin C tablets, etc.).
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
