Meet Joey & Riggs! These sweet boys are waiting patiently for their turn to have the "Happily WHEEKING After" fairytale with a loving family who will care for them FURever!
Joey is a Satin and although he is healthy now, there is a high possibility that he could develop Satin Syndrome within his lifetime.
With that being said, we highly advise and politely ask that you do extensive research on Satin Syndrome before applying and making the commitment to adopt Joey & Riggs. We will confirm potential adopters are knowledgeable on Satin Syndrome before we approve any application!
His pal Riggs is a very friendly pig that thoroughly enjoys taking Oxbow Vitamin C cookies directly from his foster mama's hand!
Please feel free to contact us via email: somdguineapigrescue@gmail.com or message us on our FB page: Southern Maryland Guinea Pig Rescue with any further questions regarding Joey & Riggs or another piggy in our rescue. We appreciate your interest in our rescue!
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
