3 bonded guinea pigs. They are each a little under a year old. One is black with brown spots, another tan with white patches, and one is black and white crested. Ruthie (the brown/black one) is sweet and so is Teddy (the tan one), but Marcie (crested) can be a little mean to the other two, but not out of bounds for normal dominant behavior. They don't like me very much; I think I'm just too busy to adequately bond with them. However, I'm sure they'll warm up to a new owner who has the time to really get to know them, because they're very sweet to each other and come right up to my hand for treats. I feed them a bowl full of pellets in the morning and hay throughout the day. Sometimes, cherry tomatoes and some fruit as a treat. They currently live all together in a 2x5 C&C grid cage. The coroplast is kind of gross from biting, so I won't be giving it away, but the grids and my remaining hay and bedding, and a couple of pee pads, are all up for grabs. As far as I can tell they're in good health. Weight and teeth color all look good.
MUST HAVE A CAGE READY WHEN YOU ADOPT!! As I said I'm not giving away the coroplast because it's nasty. Please send me proof that you have an open cage that's sufficiently large! 2x5 C&C MINIMUM.
For the guinea pigs, the grids, their hay, their pellets, their plastic hides, and their pee mats, I'm asking $100. In the weeks following their adoption, I will want pictures of them in their new home.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
