Meet Otis (white, red eyes) and Milo (white, red eyes, one pink ear). They are bonded brothers, they rumble strut once in a while to show who’s macho but remain best friends. Milo is 2 yrs 3 months old, Otis is 2 yrs 9 months old. They are shy sweet boys, and they will wheek or communicate to you when they need fresh orchard hay, or they think it’s ‘veggies time’ or when they hear the rustling of plastic bags thinking it's food. They like to come outside their cage and walk around and explore, especially if there are veggies hidden around. They love veggies, especially carrots, green pepper, cilantro, curly parsley, Italian parsley, fresh cut grass from the garden. They love apples, but only a tiny piece once every 2 weeks if that. They don’t like to be picked up, but they will sit on your lap and enjoy nose and ear rubs until they fidget or lightly nibble at you when they want to go home. They don’t like baths, hair and nail trimming but it’s a must. They popcorn when fresh bedding is set up, which is every 2 days. These guys have been pampered since day one of their adoption.
They have lived in a two story custom cage with homemade fleece cage liners of all sizes. They get veggies twice a day. I have lots of items: Critical care, brush, hair cutting scissors, nail care, Sherwood pellets, orchard hay, pet carrier, tunnels, vaccum and more. I am looking for a loving forever home, I would prefer someone who has previous Guinea Pig experience, as they are a lot of work, commitment and require a decent amount of maintenance, socialization and proper diet.
I am asking for $100 to make sure they go to loving forever home. Serious inquiries only. I will ask a lot of questions.
These piggies have been very loved and cared for, it breaks my heart having to rehome them.
I am interested and sent an inquiry. please let me know!
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
