Meet Gus Gus and Rocket! They were born April 11, 2021, and have just turned 3 weeks old. They are super big and were given to me by a friend who had an accidental litter of guinea pigs when mom/dad was supposed to be the same gender. These boys were in a litter of 3 and Gus Gus (tan) is the biggest baby. Their parents were a Hemi Coronet (mom) and a Agouti Abyssinan (dad).
These boys are extremely cuddly and have been handled from a young age. They both have a coat that is softer than you can imagine and their pictures do not do them justice. They both have been started on a great diet of oxbow guinea pig food and daily vegetables.
Gus Gus (tan) is an American and Rocket (black and tan) is a crested American. They will have short soft hair.
They are going for $50.00 each or $80.00 together.
I raise pets and show quality long-haired guinea pigs and I wanted to help her out with the adoption to find these cuties the best possible homes. I will be housing them until they are 4 weeks old and ready to go to their new families and pickup will be with me in Poplar Grove, IL. I am able to meet on the weekend if you live in the Chicago-land area in Streamwood IL. thank you so much if you have any more questions or concerns you can contact me (Jordan).
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
