I adopted him out of extreme necessity, his previous environment was dangerous, toxic and abusive and his companion died from neglect. I am doing my very best, but I cannot adopt another and he needs a companion. I am worried about his mental and emotional health and completely admit to my inability to give him his best life. I really adore him and am providing for him, but I am simply not a cavy enthusiast.
He's an absolute treasure. A goofy lookin bro who loves spring mix and little finger pets on his nose and cheeks, and does not love being held very much. Not a biter, a bit of a nibbler. He's orange and white, I believe about two years old. I think he is physically well, but has definitely suffered previously, not entirely sure what the stress may have done to his little heart.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
