Rehoming because

I have had my guinea pigs for a little over a year, but I am going to college in August and have nobody to take care of them and I am unable to take them with me.

Hi! My name is Tina (from Napoleon Dynamite) and this is my sister Kimberly. We are both short haired guinea pigs who love to eat and wheek when we want attention. I love being pet, but my sister, not so much. She prefers to be left alone and likes to cuddle and steal food from me. We get along the majority of the time but I am a couple months older than Kimberly so sometimes she gets on my nerves. Our favorite fruit is blueberries and our favorite vegetable is carrots. We don't like grapes that much, but we eat anything that is given to us. We love a cozy bed and some good hideaways. We love to chew on sticks and cardboard; but don't put newspaper in our cage because we'll eat it. There is nothing wrong with us and our owner is very sad to have to give us away but she won't be able to take care of us when she goes to college

Can you SHIP?

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
