Rehoming because

Bean and Peanut are in need of a new home due to no fault of their own. I travel for work and am a full time student. They deserve someone who has more time to spend.

These two are a special pair. I have had them since they were babies and they have moved with me, but I cannot keep them with school and work. Both are 1.5 year old short hair males. They must go together and must go to a loving healthy home.

Bean is a fearless (on a guinea pig scale) and curious guy. He is the calico pig pictured. He loves attention and is very busy.

Peanut is the brown pig. He is much more reserved. He does not mind the quiet and enjoys anything fleece. He is less active, but easy to pick up, trim nails, bathe, etc. Peanut has lapdog demeanor.

Both of these guys are young and need a large cage (not store bought) as well as floor time or a safe place to run. They are on oxbow adult guinea pig food, timothy hay, and a variety of vegetables. They both have a file at Maple City Small Animal in Laporte, but I know a few different exotic vets in the area if that is not close to you. Their last check up was about a year ago. They come with some of the things I've acquired since having them including;

  • 1 double sided brush
  • 1 set of nail trimmers
  • 1 "18x"6 fleece
  • 1 ceramic bowl
  • 1 box of C&C black panels (used)
  • 1 syringe (for medication and vitamin C when needed)
  • 1 hay holder
  • 1 navy blue guineadad liner (not pictured 2x4)

Can you SHIP?

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
