Moving to another state soon! Unable to bring beloved guinea pigs with us :(
About a year ago, we brought home a third "female" guinea pig. Pretty soon after, we discovered that "she" was actually a "he" when we notice our other two females becoming ever larger over the next couple of months. Both of my piggies gave birth to 4 healthy baby piggies, 2 of which we were able to re-home once they were weened. That has left us with 5 male guinea pigs that we have since them tried to get friends and family to adopt, but to no avail. We love our guinea pigs and have not minded taking care of them, but my spouse recently got orders for us to Florida next month. Unfortunately, we are unable to bring all 8 with us.
5 bonded guinea pigs - father plus his 4 sons. All of them are sweet and get along with each other, but understandable if only pairs and trios wish to be adopted. These guinea pigs have been handled since birth; they are VERY accustomed to being pet/floor time/cuddles/and couch time. As part of the re-homing, we are willing to offer cage, bag of food, and bedding. Let me know if you have any further questions!
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
