Rehoming because

Hello!
This was not my personal pet!
I found this Guinea Pig released/ abandoned on our local greenway trail. I was able to go catch him.
(i think he is a male , and appears pretty young ). He never has bit me in the weeks ive had him but he is still a bit nervous to be handled. I had them growing up so am able to care for him in the interim. However I have zero space to keep him (also knowing that he will need other guineas to socialize with). I already have three dogs and a cat and its just not feasible to add another two pets to my tiny one bedroom.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, just want to get this little guy into a more social and fulfilling environment.

Can you SHIP?

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
