Rehoming because

Unable to give them the attention and they deserve.

Potato and Hooper are two male guinea pigs that are both around 3-4 years old. A friend of mine is rehoming them because she's become very busy with other things in life and feels like the guinea pigs aren't getting adequate attention or proper care, so she's decided rehoming them is what's best for both herself and the pigs. They've both gotten kind of skittish since they haven't been handled as much lately, but they will warm up again very quickly after being with their new owner for a little while. They'll come with their two igloo huts, four water bottles (2 large two small), two food dishes, a hanging toy, costumes, and whatever food she has. I can also throw in a temporary cage (around 17"x 28") if absolutely necessary. We're asking $20 as a rehoming fee. Please send me a message if you're interested.

Can you SHIP?

Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.

But I want THAT one!

Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
