One of the Girls is probably one year old (The American)
We adopted her at PETCO on August 2017 and she was a tiny baby. She likes to be held and talks to us! :-)
At the time my daughter was suffering from Depression and the piggy was her company! She also was not planning to go to college so the piggy was going to stay with her for the long run.
In December 2017 she thought her piggy needed company and adopted another female (the Abyssinian). She was also very tiny, still a baby. We kept them apart for a month introducing them gradually and today they are bonded sisters!
They are not afraid of our cat - they like to smell her nose - though we don't ever have them free together as we are afraid of the cat's reaction.
They like to be petted and they have never bitten us.
To help the adoption process we are donating them and their accessories. We have a Bunny cage (approximately 2'x4'), a couple of plastic 'homes' , a mat, a comfy bed, a tiny bed, ramps, food-hay feeder, and water bottle.
Looking for a good loving home for them, they are very sweet and they deserve it! We love them and I'm worried we wont find a home for them before we need to move...
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
