2 YEAR OLD.
Five-0 was identified as a sheltie/silkie by the vet, meaning that his hair can get relatively long (especially the rear!) and would require general grooming if the hair is kept long. He is a little skittish, but otherwise will gladly take food from your hand or sniff it in exploration. Five-O is NOT a fan of being picked up, but he doesn't bite once settled in a lap or even when you cut his nails!
Five-O loves a good pea-flake and cannot get enough of willow chew toys. He is a vegetable hog and isn't very good with sharing any of his other items. He is herd compatible as long as the other guinea pigs are submissive.
I would really like to find this fantastic guinea pig a home ASAP.
Owner MUST be okay with the following:
- Have previous experience with any small animals.
- Be able to provide an appropriate living environment for the guinea pig.
- Keeping in touch with updates when inquired.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
