Nutmeg is a beautiful brown guinea pig, with several different shades, and a tiny bit of white on a front foot- so cute!
She is a mix between a crested guinea pig, an American, and a skinny pig, but her appearance reveals the crested piggie she gets from her dad.
She is very sweet and loving, but is also a bit skittish. She will let you stroke her, but is terrified of being held. With love and patience, she will be tame just like any others would be.
If you are interested in Nutmeg...
-Text or email me to get ahold of me.
-I would like Nutmeg to meet any companions she may have in person before the adoption to make sure it goes smoothly, because you can never be too safe.
-No unneutered males will be in with her at the new home
-There is an adoption fee, as with every other guinea pig on this site. I am willing to be reasoned with on the price if I have to.
-Do not rush into the adoption as though I will, for certain, give her to you. I am very paranoid with homes, and first impressions affect how I feel about my guinea pig going to you.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
