Puah is in need of a home! He was adopted (by me) from a neglectful home and is very shy and skittish as a result of poor treatment. Due to personal illness I will soon be unable to take care of him. He is very photogenic and loves having his picture taken. He does not like to be held or pet, but will occasionally tolerate some petting on the top of his snout or on his cheek. He is very particular about new food - he will only eat pellets (plain) and does not have interest in fresh fruits or vegetables. Because he will not be held he is in need of a nail trimming.
Asking for $45 rehoming fee. Adopting Puah includes midwestern cage, long crinkle tube, food bowl, water bottle, bag of paper bedding (compressed or strips, your choice), Timothy hay, and large bag of oxbow pellets.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
