Bonded female pair Cici & Penelope
Rehoming because
My parents are putting the house up for sale and down sizing. They asked me to rehome my piggies because we will no longer have the appropriate space to keep them. In addition I will be beginning graduate school in the fall and will not have the time to give them the attention they need as well as properly care for them.Our Story
Meet Cici the black and white Abyssinian and Penelope the white American short haired guinea pig! Both girls are approaching a year in age. Each piggie has a unique personality which will keep you entertained. Cici is very calm, loving and enjoys your attention and company. She will sit in your arms while you study or watch a movie and lick your hand and give you kisses. What I love most about Cici is that she squeaks very loud when she is excited to see you esp if she knows you are carrying veggies. She is the perfect lap piggy! On the other hand, Penelope is a great explorer and is very clever. She is more jumpy and prefers not to be held for long periods of time. She prefers her personal space but does enjoy when you feed her snacks. What I love about Penelope is her curiosity, she loves exploring outside the cage and enjoys interacting with my doggies! I enjoy watching her wander around and look for places to explore and hide. For both piggies, food is the way to their heart! They are very excited and vocal when they see me enter the room with fresh veggies and fruits. They love snacking on kale, romaine lettuce, baby carrots, watermelon, apples & more.
Currently, the piggies live in a calm home with no children. They have been near dogs large and small and have not had any negative experiences with either. They live in a spacious C&C cage lined with fleece. I feed them Kaytee Timothy hay and pellets. In addition I feed them fresh fruits and veggies & vitamin C treats.
The adoption fee is $75 for both and all of their supplies are included.
Supplies included are the following: C&C cage, water bottle, food/hay bowl, blankets & towels, 2 tunnels, wooden arch tunnel, bed, plastic hut, litter box, pellet food, hay, brush for fleece, dust pan & broom.
This is a perfect bundle deal for a first time owner! I love my piggies and hope find them a loving owner that will give them the care they need.

Can you SHIP?
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
But I want THAT one!
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
