I don't know much about their backgrounds or personal histories. These 2 boys were owned by a young lady I worked with who was moving and said she couldn't take them with her. I watched her posts on facebook for the weeks leading up to the move but nobody took Knave & Hatter in. I agreed to foster them until I could find these sweet boys a good home.
Knave is grey and white and a tad standoffish at first but once you get in close he melts at your affection. I don't think they were picked up much because they both tend to shriek when I pick them up but they have made improvements and are coming around to it nicely.
Hatter is mostly white with some cream and grey on his face. He's definitely the alpha of the two, though they rarely ever face off at one another and I've not yet witnessed a fight or any terribly aggressive behavior.
They REALLY LOVE free range time. They both popcorn around and squeak while snacking on carrots and cucumbers. Both boys are decent snugglers.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
