My guinea pigs Harvey and T'Challa are very sweet, shy, and will wheek up a storm if they hear you coming and think you have food.
They are both females, and not neutered.
Harvey is 5 months and T'Challa is 4 months (approximate ages as when I got them they were babies and I was unsure of their age).
They are a bonded pair, and live quite peacefully with each other (apart from the occasional rumblestrut!)
Harvey's favorite foods are green peppers and tomatoes. T'Challa will just about munch on any vegetable you give her.
They do well with being held and petted gently.
They are currently sleeping on fleece bedding, although neither was too upset about sleeping on paper bedding prior to the fleece.
Both have had annual vet check-ups by exotic animal vets this year - Harvey in July and T'Challa in September.
They are happy, healthy, squeaky little piggies and I want them to go to a good home! I am asking for a $40 rehoming fee for the pair of them (comes with any hay and pellets that are left over). Please make sure you have room for them (large cage, or C&C cage) as I will be keeping the cage they currently are in. If you have not had guinea pigs before, be aware that they can be a handful! They need room to run around in, fresh hay daily, water 24/7, fresh veggies daily to help them with their vitamin C intake, as well as annual vet visits!
I am willing to drive up to a 30 mile radius from where I live to drop off the piggies. Feel free to TEXT me if you want further information!
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
